Bandit was surrendered to the shelter with Rufus. They came from the same home as Mrs. Bella who was surrendered a few weeks ago. They are very confused being at the shelter.
Bandit is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 8/1/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
