Billy was shy is his kennel once outside in the play yard he has the greatest personality. He runs, plays frisbee and loved belly rubs.
Billy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 11/2/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
