Bullah is a pretty girl who is very sweet and loves everyone. She is currently in boarding but is at risk of coming back to the shelter and being in line for euthanasia. Bullah was surrendered through no fault of her own.
Bullah is at the Vance County Shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her/his hold is up 1/3/24 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
