Candy was picked up as a stray. When she entered the shelter she was scared and she has blossomed. She is playful and treat motivated.
Candy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up now and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
