Cathy is a timid girl. She was found running as a stray. She’s really nervous at the shelter and doesn’t want to leave her kennel. She licks your hand and allows you to pet her. She’s just nervous.
Cathy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 8/25/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County shelter. If you are a 501c3 rescue interested in pulling
