Chester is very timid and quiet. He takes a minute to warm up but has the sweetest soul and kindest eyes.
Chester is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 2/15/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
