Cindy is a very sweet girl. She was dumped in the VCAS parking lot over Labor Day weekend. She seems to be pregnant. She does well on a leash and is very friendly with all of the shelter staff.
Cindy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 9/6/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County shelter. If you are a 501c3 rescue interested in pulling
