Cosmo was picked up with Wanda, Cosmo has been in a fight or hit by a car. He has scars on his face and jaw. He is a little shy at first once he opens up he is all wags.
Cosmo is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 12/21/22
and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County
