Doug is a loving little guy. He was found running around in a local person’s yard. He loves to give kisses and isn’t overly hyper.
Doug is at the Vance County Shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 9/20/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
