Ethel is the happiest girl who loves to play. She likes squeaky toys and gets along with everyone. Ethel came in as a stray with her sister, Lucy.
Ethel is at the Vance County Shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Their hold is up 3/26/24 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
