Harry ended up at VCAS under unfortunate circumstances. He was surrendered after his canine brother and sister caused problems in the neighborhood. He is a very sweet boy and offers everyone he meets a calm tail wag.
He is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 6/3/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
