Jackie Blue was surrendered to the shelter with 8 other dogs after their owners house burned down. They are all very scared and have not been socialized much away from their owner. He needs an experienced owner who understands how much time and patience will be needed for him to come around.
Jackie Blue is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 8/12/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
