Lacy was surrendered to the shelter with 8 other dogs after their owners house burned down. They are all very scared and have not been socialized much away from their owner. She needs an experienced owner who understands how much time and patience will be needed for her to come around.
Lacy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 8/12/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
