Leo was surrendered to the shelter through no fault of his own. He is a super sweet and energetic boy! He loves everyone and sits on command!
Leo is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 5/11/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
