Lightning’s owner was so sad to have to give him up however he is extremely ill and could not care for Lightning any longer. Lightning is a chill dog that is eager to please you. He walks pretty good on a leash he pulls some.
Lightning is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 8/19/21 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity. Email us at rescue@rcaps.org if you can save him.
