Lucky was surrendered to the shelter, his owners were moving and did not carrying him with them. Lucky is a smart boy that has the cutest smile.Lucky had only positive reactions when he saw other dogs, licking them. Lucky’s hold is up on 3/11/20 and can be killed by shelter staff after that date.
