Lucy is a pretty girl who loves everyone. She likes belly rubs and playing with toys. Lucy came in as a stray with her sister, Ethel.
Lucy is at the Vance County Shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Their hold is up 3/26/24 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
