Mandy is a sweet, timid girl. She is friendly with people but isn’t a fan of having a leash put on her when it’s time to come in. She was caught in a trap while running around as a stray.
Mandy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 4/21/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
