Miguel and his sisters, Imelda and Coco, were found by a local and brought to VCAS. He is a sweet little guy and cries for attention.
Miguel is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His/Her hold is up 9/19/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
