Mitchell was found wandering as a stray. He was dragging part of a chain so he got off wherever he was living. He cannot hear. We are not sure if he is totally deaf or just has a hearing impairment. He is very sweet and loves treats! His hold is up 11/17/21 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
