Pacer was picked up by AC as a stray; when he arrived he was so scared. He has opened up gives kisses and wags. He has not reacted to the many dogs walking by his kennel, he just lays there. Pacer’s hold is up on 11/9/19 and can be killed by shelter staff after that date.
