Regan is a very sweet kitty who is always purring and making biscuits. She’s fine with being held and is very curious. Regan came in with Rori after they were abandoned.
Regan is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Their hold is up 3/15/24 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
