Rue is a sick little boy. He was found by himself as a stray. He is a little spicy at first but is coming around.
Rue is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His/Her hold is up 9/19/23 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
