Scarlet is a sweet girl who was surrendered to VCAS with Rhett. She’s a bit more timid, but loves to give kisses.
Scarlet is at the Vance County shelter. We are the
networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 3/2/23
and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County
