Sissy was left tied outside the shelter with Sal, she is a little more reserved than Sal. She looks like she had puppies.
Sissy is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Her hold is up 12/22/22
and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County
