Spanky was picked up as a stray. He is the sweetest boy who rolls over for belly rubs! He has so much love to give! He appears to be blind in one eye.
Spanky is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 9/1/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
