Toby was brought in as a stray. He is a sweet boy! He needs basic training because he acts like a giant puppy. He has so much love to give!
Toby is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 10/27/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
