Toby was picked up as a stray. He is very scared and shy around new people which is surprising for a hound. But once we spent a few minutes with him, he opened up a bit and is a very sweet boy!
Toby is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 10/21/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
