Waggy was picked up by AC, this puppy has been through so much. He has demo mange and someone thought that putting burnt motor oil on him would cure it. This poor fella is so sweet and his tail wags nonstop. Waggy has been given a bravecto, pred shot and is on antibiotics. Waggy’s hold is up on 1/31/2020 and can be killed by shelter staff after that date.
