Wendy was found by a citizen hanging out at a church looking food. She is pitiful; hungry nd has a skin condition. You would think the way she has been treated that she would not care for people it is the opposite she is so loving and affectionate. Wendy’s hold is up on 10/31/19 and can be killed by shelter staff after that date.
