Charlie is a very sweet pup. He is quite mellow and just wants to sit beside you and get pets. Charlie came in after being found as a stray.
Charlie is at the Vance County Shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. Their hold is up 3/26/24 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the
shelter is over capacity.
All adoptions are handled directly by the Vance County shelter. If you are a 501c3 rescue interested in pulling
