Socks was surrendered to the shelter for no fault of his own, he is the most loving old fella despite the enivornment he came from.
Socks is at the Vance County shelter. We are the networking group for the shelter. His hold is up 11/11/22 and is in danger of being euthanized any time if the shelter is over capacity.
